Big news, as we announce another new member of the Lola ED fraternity. This week were
proud to share news that London-based DJ and producer Unai Trotti is joining our
glittering roaster.Born in Bilbao, before moving to Madrid, Unai discovered electronic music in his teens and has remained a loyal devotee ever since. He moved to London in 2007, launching his infamous warehouse party brand Cartulis Day in 2009. 10 years on it is widely regarded as one of the most authentic underground events in the capital, never deviating from its core ethos – to keep the spirit of the underground alive. Unais skills as a DJ are second to none, versatile, committed to vinyl and a seasoned pro with appearances at many of Londons most influential club spaces.He channels his experience on the decks and the dancefloor into his music, with his first release dropping on his own label – Cartulis Music – in 2017. The label launched in 2013, giving Unai the chance to flex his A&R muscles, signing a series of well-received EPs and VAs. With releases due on different labels, plus a busy calendar of gigs, including the 10 years celebration for Cartulis, Unai is an underground hero with global respect. Its an honour to have him join the Lola ED family.. |
