Ibiza Voice podcaster number 520: Charlotte de Witte.

From newcomers to legends we recap on the year’s best submissions to Ibiza Voice’s podcast series.

Ibiza Voice came under new management at the start of 2017. One of our first jobs was to revitalise the website’s podcast series and restore it to its glory day of the late 2000s and early 2010s. As you can see from the list of podcasters below, we accrued an exceptional trove of mixes from some of our favourite artists over the course of the year.

Legends like Goldie, Alfredo, Jovonn, Steve Rachmad, Doc Martin or Randall submitted mixes alongside newer stars like Charlotte De Witte, Molly or Julia Govor. Many revealed the depths of their record collections. Dinky delivered a disco and retro house masterclass in October. Randall detoured from drum’n’bass to record a classic acid house mix. DLR used his mix to showcase his dub techno alias Oakm. And plenty like Patrice Scott or Cab Drivers demonstrated why they are some of the scene’s most respected players. As you can hear from our selection of our favourite mixes from the year below, the quality bar throughout the year was set to exceptionally high.
